This video is an ASMR sleep clinic role play. It’s a relaxing video to help prepare for sleep with a soothing countdown from 50 at the end. I use a nice, softly spoken voice and a few ASMR triggers like close personal attention, writing, crinkling bags, face brushing, and more. You can watch or listen via the YouTube video below.
As always, it’s my goal to provide tingles, braingasms, relaxation, and hopefully even some sleep with this sleep focused video. I’m an ASMR artist in training, so please be gentle with me. I don’t whisper in this video. I use soft, soothing tones of voice. It’s my hope that you’ll find this medical role play relaxing and enjoyable.
Please be gentle, but please leave any constructive criticism that you may have. I’m complete open to requests if you have any. In fact, this video was by request.
Subscribe if you want to see more of my videos. I hope to upload at least one new video during most weeks.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It a unique phenomenon which some people experience and some do not. It basically relates to a relaxing tingling that some people get in their neck, arms and/or legs. Many people find this experience is triggered through speaking, whispering, or certain sounds and imagery. Popular ASMR videos involve role-plays of scenarios such as doctor’s visits or checkups, dentist visits, cranial nerve exams and ear cleaning, among other situations.
Many people tend to use ASMR as a way to relax themselves, whether they are dealing with anxiety or stress, or simply trying to get to sleep. ASMRtists have become a popular subculture on YouTube and provide thousands of people with the sorts of relaxation they crave from this unique phenomenon!
